Refill Program

Here at Pink Hibiscus, we strive to do all we can to help the environment.

With that in mind, we're proud to offer a refill program for Australian customers, to enable you to re-use your packaging with a minimum of fuss and whole heap of love for our beautiful planet!

HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: When you make a purchase, keep the box/satchel it gets sent to you in and re-use this to return the empty packaging to the following address:

Please remember to include your full name and email address in the package as well. 

Step 2: When we receive your bottle or jar, we'll email you a $10 discount code to enter at checkout.

Step 3: Process your new order online including the product you've sent back to us.

Step 4: Once you've processed your order online, we'll sanitise your bottle or jar and refill it with fresh product before couriering it back to you!

Alternatively, if you live in the Sydney region and would prefer to drop off your bottle or jar in person, we'd love to see you and can process your new order in person before couriering the refilled product back to you free of charge.

So that you don't miss out on using your product while you await the refill, purchase two products to start out with so that you can cycle between them!
