Aloe Vera Gel: Renowned for its cooling and calming benefits, it’s also an anti-inflammatory and is jam-packed with additional properties including vitamins A and B, enzymes, folic and amino acids and triglycerides. Historically, Egyptian queens Cleopatra and Nefertiti bathed in the gel with the belief that it would enhance and prolong their beauty and it has long been used as a healing agent for burns and wounds.
Arctostaphylos Uva Ursi Leaf Extract (Certified Organic): An antioxidant that can assist in improving skin discolouration and preventing the visible signs of ageing.
Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract (Certified Organic): Anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial, it has skin-soothing properties and can assist in reducing redness, promoting skin hydration and firmness.
Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil: Regarded as the skincare industry's "best kept secret", you may know this ingredient as Abyssinian Oil. We give most of the credit for the velvety-smooth, non-greasy texture of BotaniGlow to Crambe Abyssinica Seed Oil - it really seems to do "all the things"! It's hydrating, conditioning, protects and reinforces the skin's natural barrier, soothes, brightens and calms the skin, encourages softness, plumps the skin and has natural anti-ageing properties!
Desert Lime (Australia): A fabulous antioxidant, it also has a high concentration of Vitamin C and enhances the skin, rejuvenates, is soothing, rebalancing, refreshing, promotes youthful skin and assists with fine lines and wrinkles.
Frankincense Essential Oil (India): Ideal for dry and mature skin, Frankincense encourages the growth of skin cells, aids in the prevention of tissue degeneration, is believed to assist in the treatment of fine lines and wrinkles and promotes healing. Energetically, it can be used to alleviate anxiety and stress with its ability to slow down the rate of breathing and has historically been used in religious ceremonies as an offering and for cleansing.
Kakadu Plum (Australia): The world’s highest known fruit source of Vitamin C (yes even above oranges!), it improves the skin’s appearance and reduces dry skin irritation.
Lavender Essential Oil (Australia): Suitable for all skin types, lavender is one of the most valuable essential oils, assisting with myriad conditions. It’s the true all-rounder! Quandong (Australia): High in essential fatty acids and Vitamin C, assists with fine lines and wrinkles, is refreshing, moisturising and nourishing.
Rosemary Essential Oil (Spain): We have included a small percentage of Rosemary essential oil specifically for its antioxidant and circulatory properties. It was described by Mojay in Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit as an excellent tonic for the body's yang energy, promoting the circulation of Qi and blood.
Sambucus Nigra Fruit Extract: Otherwise known as black elderberry, it's a potent antioxidant thanks to its flavanoid and polyphenol compounds. It's been known to soothe the skin and protect against damaging environmental factors including pollution.
Sandalwood Essential Oil (Australia): Soothing, cooling, calming and nourishing, Australian sandalwood is very beneficial for dry skin and has been known to help relieve eczema and psoriasis. It has also been referred to as one of the few true aphrodisiacs!

DIRECTIONS
Apply to face and neck after cleansing and spritzing. Lightly press into skin and wait 60 seconds for serum to absorb before applying our Eyelights Eye Balm and/or Facial Moisturiser.
