We achieve this through; only using quality ethically-sourced ingredients from vetted Australian businesses, thoughtful eco-aware packaging with recycling options, transparency in our production processes, actively minimising our carbon footprint, utilising solar to power Pink Hibiscus HQ, practicing social responsibility and having environmental awareness sit firmly at the core of all our business activities.

Ingredients

Whilst our raw ingredients may originate from around the world, we source every ingredient locally from ethical suppliers who maintain strict standards in quality control.

We work closely with our suppliers to stay ahead of the latest research and discoveries and pride ourselves on testing each handmade small batch produced before it arrives at your doorstep.

Sustainability & Social Responsibility

Sustainability and environmental awareness is at the forefront of everything we do.

Our jars and bottles are 100% recyclable glass or PET and we follow the Australasian Recycling Label system to provide you with clear guidelines as to how to dispose of all elements of our packaging through our labelling and guided inserts with each order.

We proudly offer various options to recycle any of our non-curbside recyclable packaging elements, including returning to us for recycling on your behalf, in return for free shipping on your next order.

All the packaging we use to get your orders safely to you is either 100% recyclable or home compostable as well!

Being a boutique, small batch skincare brand, post-consumer recycled or ocean-waste plastic packaging options have not been a viable option for us unfortunately. We are, however, hoping to move into this space when manufacturers offer the option to produce smaller minimum quantities.
We're proud to use carbon-neutral delivery partners Australia Post and Sendle for all deliveries across Australia and New Zealand.

We select which delivery partner we use based on the products you've purchased and your location.
